What these terms will cover

• Who can use the service and account responsibilities.
• You are the sender: you are responsible for your lead lists, lawful basis and compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, PECR/GDPR, CASL and others).
• Human approval: emails are only sent after you approve them.
• Acceptable use (see the Acceptable Use Policy) and our right to suspend accounts that break it.
• Your mailbox credentials, sending limits and deliverability (no guarantees of inbox placement).
• AI-generated drafts: you review them and are responsible for what you send.
• Fees (once pricing launches), liability, termination and governing law.
