Personalized B2B outreach for every company you contact.

Emails tailored to each company's business, approved by you and sent from your own inbox.

The difference

Same offer. A very different first impression.

The generic version is the kind of email most companies receive every day. The personalized one makes the same offer, written from what the company's own website says.

How it works

Step 1 of 6

Tell it what you sell.

Create a campaign with a few lines about your company and what you're offering. Every email is written from that description.

A new-campaign form fills in: campaign name, company description and the offer, then the campaign is created.
Step 2 of 6

Add the companies you want to reach.

Paste rows straight from Excel or Google Sheets, or connect a Sheet. Each row is a company, its website and who to email. Anything missing is flagged before we start.

Three rows are pasted into a leads table. One is missing its website, which is flagged and then filled in. A note says a Google Sheet can be connected instead.
Step 3 of 6

It reads each company's website.

For every company, we read a few public pages, like About and News. We note what they do, what's new for them, and anything worth mentioning. Sites that ask not to be read are skipped.

The About and News pages of the fictional Northwind Freight are read. Key phrases are highlighted and collected as short notes under What we found.
Step 4 of 6

It drafts one specific email.

The email is written from your campaign description and what we found about that company. Every personal line is linked to the note it came from, so you can check it. Nothing is made up.

An email to Northwind is written word by word. As each personal sentence appears, a line connects it to the note it uses.
Step 5 of 6

You approve every email.

Read what we found next to the email, change anything you like, then approve. Nothing is sent without your click, and you get 60 seconds to undo.

In the review screen, the subject line is edited, then Approve is clicked. A 60-second undo timer counts down and the status moves from Ready for review to Approved to Sending.
Step 6 of 6

It sends from your own inbox, at a safe pace.

Approved emails go out from your own email account (Google Workspace, Hostinger and others), one at a time and under a daily limit. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

An envelope travels from you, through your email provider, to the recipient's inbox. The status changes to Sent, the daily count moves from 12 to 13 of 40, and the unsubscribe link in the email footer is highlighted.
Try the writer

Change the company or the tone. Watch the email change.

Pick a company, how you want to sound and what you sell. The red lines show which note from their website each sentence uses.

Safety

Built to protect your reputation.

Outreach works best when it's paced, specific and sent from an established inbox. These safeguards are on by default.

40Healthy

A steady pace that an established inbox can keep up comfortably.

A rule of thumb, not a guarantee. Results also depend on your domain's history and what you write.

How a new inbox builds up

Week by week: 10, 20, 30, 40 emails per day.

Your inbox, your reputation

Sent from your inbox. Replies come back to you.

Connect the email account you already use. Emails go out from your own address, and replies land in your normal inbox like any other conversation. No shared sending servers.

Works with Google Workspace, Hostinger and most email providers. Your password is encrypted and only used to send emails you approve.

Your email leaves your inbox and arrives in Northwind's inbox. Their reply then comes back and appears at the top of your own inbox.
Pricing

Questions

The honest answers.

In most places, yes, when it follows a few rules. In the US (CAN-SPAM) you can email businesses without prior consent, as long as the email is honest, includes your postal address and honours unsubscribes. The UK and EU allow B2B outreach on a 'legitimate interest' basis, with conditions. Canada (CASL), Australia and some EU countries, notably Germany, are much stricter and often require consent. You are the sender and responsible for your lists. We flag leads in stricter regions and build in the required pieces, but this isn't legal advice.

From the company's own public website: usually the home, about, services and news pages. We follow each site's robots.txt rules (skipping sites that ask not to be read), never log in or get around paywalls, and look at the company, not at individual people.

Google's Gemini models, running on Google Cloud. A fast model turns the website into short notes, and a stronger model writes the email from your campaign description and those notes. You review and approve every email.

No. Every email waits in your review queue until you approve it, and you get a 60-second undo window after approving.

So emails come from your real address and replies land in your normal inbox. You connect it with the standard SMTP settings your provider gives you (Google Workspace, Hostinger and most others). Sending from your own inbox at a steady pace is also what keeps your emails landing in the inbox.

Your campaigns and lead lists are visible only to your account. Notes from company websites are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Email passwords are encrypted, and unsubscribes are honoured permanently across all your campaigns.
