What this policy will cover

• Who we are (Omnity Labs Inc.) and how to contact us ([email protected]).
• Data our customers give us: account details, campaigns, lead lists, mailbox settings (passwords stored encrypted).
• Data we collect from public company websites when researching a lead, and how long we keep it (research cache: 30 days).
• Our role: our customers are the controllers for their lead data; we process it on their behalf under a data processing agreement.
• Sub-processors (Google Cloud / Firebase, including Gemini models) and where data is stored.
• How recipients can object, unsubscribe or ask for deletion, and how unsubscribes are honoured across campaigns.
• Website analytics (only with consent) and cookies.
• Your rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, CCPA and India's DPDP Act, and how to exercise them.
